Please Note: Property Alerts contain only general information about a development opportunity we have researched and selected. To receive the property Information Memorandum (containing the property address and detailed information) you will need to become a Casa Client.
Casa Clients Membership
Casa members receive on request the Information Memorandum for any deals of interest. All Casa members receive our professional services including email alerts, site evaluation and negotiation of the purchase throughout the conditional phase of the contract.

VIP Client Service
Our VIP Buyer or VIP Developer clients are offered premium deals first and exclusively, before we email property alerts to our Property Alerts List. We also undertake property searches in preferred suburbs or zonings specific to our VIP clients’ requirements, to secure off market deals. Many of our best deals are secured by our VIP clients and are never sent out via Property Alerts email.

Professional Fees
Our professional fees are based on our Search – Locate – Negotiate service. The success fee for this service is 2.5% + GST of the property purchase price. The VIP Buyer and VIP Developer engagement fees are deducted off the success fee. The minimum success fee is $10,000 + GST.
